From the very first moment, we were received with great kindness and warmth. Our uncle stayed at this residence for about six months, and during that time he felt very comfortable and well cared for. We always received positive feedback from them, and on our visits, we were able to personally witness the respectful, caring, and compassionate treatment the staff gave to the residents. We are very grateful to the residence and its entire team for providing our uncle Miguel with a dignified, peaceful, and caring environment in this final stage of his life.

I have no words to thank you all for everything you've done for Tata. She was there for about nine months, and you treated her like family, giving her excellent care, love, comfort, and good health. I want to give a special mention to Maite, Nuria, Cristina, Marta, Ana... although I could name every single person on the team. You've made someone happy, and me, like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The place looks nothing like the photos. It's dark, old, and the atmosphere is completely demotivating. They have the elderly residents crammed into the living room; I don't know if it's due to lack of space or what. They're very poorly organized; I had to call four days in a row because there was no one available to explain anything or give me any information. We will obviously be moving our relative, who, despite only spending a few days there, will have to pay for the entire month. Little empathy and no commitment to service. Not recommended at all.

Disappointed, that's the word. My mother-in-law has been there for a year and a half, during which we've seen her happy. But the moment she fell ill and needed more care, they neglected her completely. She arrived at the hospital with sores from not being moved and completely unbalanced. She's been admitted for thirteen days and not a single call from the nursing home asking about her. We thought they cared more for her and that she lived in a family environment. But in the end, we're just numbers.

My father-in-law is a patient here, and the staff has been incredibly helpful from the very first day we arrived. Thank you so much. It gives us great peace of mind. Congratulations on a job very well done.
