Thank you so much, on behalf of myself and my siblings, for how you treated my mother. From her admission on March 10th of this year until her passing last Sunday. I can't leave anyone out; you have ALL left a mark on us. I know you will miss her, especially "her girls" from the third floor and Carlos, her nurses, and her physical therapists. Pepi was quite something. With her temperament, her quirks... It took some time, but in the end, you won her over. It was her "home in Los Barrios," as she liked to call it, and she was very well cared for by all the staff. She loved you all, and we will always be grateful for how you treated her. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

When they are well, they are fine, but if they get sick, they are not treated. My father lost 40 kg in 3 months and they said he did not want to eat and died in Algeciras. He was admitted dehydrated. My mother hit her head and died a week after my father. No one showed up at the hospital to ask about them, but they charged him for the month he was admitted and it is not cheap. At their funeral, there was not even a note from the residence. We are very unhappy, they only lasted 3 months and there was nothing wrong with them, just their age. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. The mental health professional who answered me that she does not know the case I am talking about says it is regrettable that this is what they look for in their users. It is very easy, look at the couple who died in three months, Jose and Ana. What concern for their users.

They have an appalling lack of assistants and staff. They claim it's what the board dictates, as if the residence weren't private for the €2,000 monthly fee. Furthermore, they have a woman named Patricia at reception who is sometimes very unpleasant and arrogant. She lacks empathy. Everyone else is lovely.

My grandmother lives there. It's a clean and welcoming residence with spacious patios for walks, exceptional food, good facilities, and even better staff who treat our elderly residents with great care. It's one of the best residences in Andalusia. I'm very happy with the service; it's like my second family. Thank you so much.

Very happy with the treatment. Friendly and charming staff. The staff is well-coordinated, and the elderly are well looked after.
