La Residencia de mayores Nuestra Señora de la Paz genera opiniones extremadamente polarizadas entre sus usuarios: mientras algunos destacan la excelente calidad de atención, profesionalismo del equipo y mejora notable en la salud de los residentes, otros reportan casos graves de negligencia médica que han resultadoados fatales. Esta disparidad extrema sugiere inconsistencias significativas en la calidad y supervisión de la atención proporcionada a los residentes.

My mother has been at the Nuestra Señora de la Paz Residence in Chiclana since mid-December, and I can assure you it's an ideal place for our elderly residents who need it, with outstanding professionals who care for our seniors and their families with great attention and impeccable service. My mother came from another residence, and in just two months, she has experienced a tremendous improvement in every way. I am impressed and very grateful to the entire team at this wonderful residence, from the director to each and every one of the staff: psychologist, social worker, therapists, and so on. Thank you.

My father died from sepsis caused by infected pressure ulcers, and the nursing home never warned us of the severity of his injuries. The medical report uses the term "Exitus," referring to "exitus letalis," which means death, specifically, his passing two days after admission. Therefore, in my opinion, the nursing home, which is responsible for the care of the elderly residents, is liable.
