They paint a very nice picture when you first go to see it, but then... I have a relative there, and when we go to visit him, it's heartbreaking to see how dirty they keep him. The care is sorely lacking; they don't even moisturize his skin with the creams we ourselves leave there for him. They always dress him in the same clothes, and he complains that they take them off, and when you ask the staff, they know nothing... In short, I think the level of care you receive depends on how much help you need.

It is a new and modern residence, the treatment is unbeatable in every way, the staff ratio is above and I can assure you that those who are speaking badly of the residence are all people who, in one way or another, have wanted to have personal interests that have not been transferred or workers who have been fired due to their inability to care for elderly people.

There is a suspicion of hidden abuse, complete negligence by the staff, and a lack of listening to families who wish to contact their loved ones because the phone is nonexistent. Management is unable to process the information requested or address the sadness of the elderly who do not deserve this harmful treatment. Finally, let no compassion for our elderly flee from this institution, which I will call ALCATRAZ.

Some of the staff are great, but others seem bitter every day. The normal thing is to speak respectfully to both guests and staff, without disrespecting anyone, but that doesn't seem to exist there. They should really get to know some of their employees because the company's bad reputation is largely due to the way they treat guests, and the lack of hygiene is appalling. Terrible.

This nursing home is terrible, absolutely terrible... They've taken control of the elderly residents... They don't give information to family members... There are no phones in the rooms and they refuse to transfer calls... So that family members can't tell us their complaints... Don't put your elderly relatives in the hands of these people.
