Opiniones

My eternal gratitude for the care and affection shown to my husband, Alvaro. As a healthcare worker, I can attest to the excellent professionalism of all the staff, from cleaners and assistants to nurses, doctors, and administrators, who have demonstrated their commitment and concern far beyond what their profession and obligations require. We received exceptional treatment, a testament to the human qualities of the staff, who made us feel supported and even pampered during difficult times. Therefore, I can only say that they are like a second family, whom I will always cherish and thank for their wonderful work.

How lucky are the people who feel cared for in places like this! I don't doubt the professionalism of some of the staff, but on many occasions, it leaves much to be desired. There's a staff shortage; they're overwhelmed (as they themselves admit), and then things go wrong... You see that your relative is missing clothes or is wearing another resident's, and many complain about the quality of the food. There's a noticeable lack of care. If it's summer and they go out in winter clothes or shoes, they don't care. If you complain about something or politely request specific care for your relative, they speak very nicely, but then nothing is done. And on top of that, when you're tired of telling them things twenty times and you feel like they're not even listening, they have the nerve to rudely tell you not to get angry or upset... As if you didn't have the right to complain! It's shameful that with the huge sums of money they earn, they don't bother to provide quality care and show more concern for the residents, who are a vulnerable group. I understand that some staff members aren't always in a good mood because they have so much to deal with, but the residents aren't to blame, and neither are the families, who love them and visit them.

We should always thank the workers, because thanks to them you are all at ease in your homes and jobs and can continue to socialize... I take my hat off to them because thanks to them we are all more at ease, since we don't have time to care for our elders like they proudly did for theirs... and thanks to places like this, whether private or not, each of us chooses this... Because thanks to all of them you are cared for. Thanks to this place for being so caring. Thanks to Sheila the director, Ana the coordinator, and the managers in charge... Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

The service is unbeatable, and they are concerned about the well-being of our seniors, implementing innovative safety techniques for them. I know the activity managers are constantly developing new materials, parties, cultural activities, and activities to improve both physical and mental abilities. Just look at the number of events they post on their social media! With the change in management and the recent changes in leadership, you couldn't ask for more. Furthermore, the center coordinator is completely accessible and very friendly, as is all the staff who work with them. Thank you for your work.

It's best not to take your elderly relatives there. The treatment is appalling. The food is terrible. It's like a prison; you can't go to the room to see the clothes unless you request a specific date and time. (They're hiding something). They want to put my mother to bed at 6 pm. (Perhaps to get rid of her and prevent her from bothering them). It's a disgrace.
