Although my aunt was only able to stay there for a month, my opinion of the entire team at this residence is incredible. They are excellent professionals, but what surprised me most was the wonderful human touch of everyone I met there. Something that, unfortunately, is lacking in many residences these days. Congratulations to your team, and thank you for taking care of my aunt until her very last second. ♥️♥️

Admission to a COVID-positive facility was extremely restrictive. My mother passed away, and when we went to collect her belongings, not only were they not returning everything, and in worse condition, but they also left them on the street with little regard for her privacy. They were also inaccurate when informing us of the total cost of her stay. They were supposed to send a bouquet for her funeral, but it never arrived. I would not recommend this facility at all. We are left wondering how she was treated during her short stay there.

My father-in-law moved, and we were told the deposit would be returned to us in two months. It's been 16 days since the deadline, and we still haven't received any money. We called, and they always said they'd speak to the agency and send a receipt, which we never received. We're still waiting for the money.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Also, I sometimes call to speak with my grandfather, and they find him and transfer the call without any problems. There's no garden, but there is a terrace, and you can go for walks with them outside.
