The place is well-maintained, with gardens and areas to walk around during visiting hours. But... the visiting hours seem quite limited to me. From 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the morning and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the evening. I can understand that these are elderly people and that the staff need a schedule for organization and proper functioning, but it seems like a short time when you want to visit them. Just as when visiting hours end, they are very strict as soon as you are 5 minutes late, I'd like to think it's also due to an organizational issue, rather than a lack of tact in announcing that if you don't come in, they'll close the doors. The staff in general are very nice people and very attentive to the elderly, but I think 3 stars is a fair rating overall.

My assessment is regarding the management of visits. It couldn't be worse. It seems they want us not to go see the elderly. No scheduling arrangements, and appointments are always required. And yet, the appointments are always booked.

Limited opening hours that change every time we come. Sometimes you can enter by car, sometimes you can't. They don't explain the rules when you make an appointment. Sometimes only 4, 3, or 2 people are allowed in.

I have a sister-in-law. By the way, she's very happy. Greetings to all the workers at Nazareth's house. They do a great job.

A place where I know for a fact that our elders will always be wonderfully well looked after and cared for with love and respect.
