Vitalia Burgos cuenta con un equipo altamente profesional y empático que brinda atención de calidad a sus residentes, según las opiniones de las familias que destacan la dedicación del personal de enfermería, cuidadores y trabajadores sociales, así como las mejoras significativas en la salud y movilidad de los pacientes. Las instalaciones son espaciosas y limpias, con buena comida casera, y la gestión administrativa es eficiente, aunque algún usuario sugiere que la comunicación podría ser más completa al reconocer a todos los miembros del equipo.

Our mother, after a long stay in the care home, passed away peacefully a few days ago. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the nurses who cared for her in her final days with such excellent professionalism and empathy. We also thank the director for allowing us to be with her privately whenever we wished, and the housekeepers, assistants, caregivers, and all other staff for their loving support and patience. Our gratitude to all the staff at Vitalia for the care they provided to our mother, who, after suffering a stroke, was confined to a wheelchair. Hello! My mother was in this residence for almost a year and a half, and I have to thank and highlight the great work done by Ainhoa, the social worker. She arranged our long-term care benefits super quickly and efficiently, thanks to which we were able to afford the residence. Thank you so much.

Very grateful to the nursing home staff. The nurses Johana and Marina were very professional and attentive; the social worker Ainhoa, whose service is very helpful; the receptionists Aura and Maite (and Ana and María, who are no longer with us); and the caregivers. I can't remember two names I'd like to thank, so I won't mention the rest :( Thank you all.

My father was there for almost a year and a half, until he sadly passed away. I only have good things to say about his time at this residence: spacious facilities, impeccable cleanliness, varied and homemade food, and best of all, the kind and caring treatment my father received from all the staff: caregivers, nurses, management, reception...
