La Residencia Santa Teresa de Jesús Jornet destaca por sus excelentes instalaciones, espacios verdes bien mantenidos, amplias actividades de ocio y un personal en general profesional y atento que proporciona un entorno tranquilo y limpio para los residentes. Sin embargo, existen preocupaciones significativas respecto a la calidad de la atención médica, con reportes de diagnósticos inadecuados y falta de seguimiento médico consistente que contrastan notablemente con los aspectos positivos de la residencia.

I went to visit an aunt, who has been there for a while. I found it to be a very nice place, the staff was very nice, rooms with good windows, cleanliness and leisure areas, gym, library, cafeteria, TV room, and games. The outdoor area with trees to walk and sit. Even a small area for a garden and flowers.

An ideal setting for leisure and tranquility, thanks to its green spaces. Inside, it's also very well-equipped, with a gym, hair salon, choir, cafeteria, etc. The residents all seem to get along well and are very polite. A wonderful place; there's a truly spiritual atmosphere.

Excellent residence. Huge facilities and grounds, all very well maintained. They host many activities. The staff is incredibly professional, with great human qualities. My grandmother was extremely well cared for there until her final moments. I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone considering it.

The doctor at this care home leaves much to be desired. She can't distinguish between a stroke and constipation, prescribing enemas to someone who suddenly loses mobility in half their body, going from walking to being in a wheelchair, but for her, it's constipation. Not to mention that, through some kind of selective approach, she decides who gets their blood sugar checked, claiming that the public health system doesn't send her lancets or test strips to be able to test all the residents who need it. This is clearly a lie, and when I spoke to the health center, they backtracked when they called her to tell her this wasn't the case. This woman isn't a doctor; she's a shameless woman who thinks all the residents are abandoned to their fate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER AT ALL.

I have a brother there and it is a very clean residence, very well prepared for the elderly, with spaces without architectural barriers and very well-kept gardens.
