It hasn't been long, but my mother has been delighted and has enjoyed it. The treatment was excellent and humane, the food was good, and the healthcare—doctor, nurse, and assistants—was good. She has remained active with the occupational therapist. In short, everything was good overall; it's just a shame it was for such a short time.

For the six days my mother was there, they didn't know how to take care of her. They're very unprofessional. They also forced her to be in a wheelchair all day when the poor woman should have been in bed because she had a fever. According to the nurse, she had to be in the wheelchair (she's arrogant), and there was no other option. The nurse also told us her glucose levels were fine, and when she was admitted to the hospital, they had them through the roof. She also fell to the floor, and they hid it from us until we saw the bump. The only professional person there is the physiotherapist.

In my experience, one of the worst nursing homes in Burgos. They don't care for the elderly as they deserve. If the elderly person is sick, they leave them in a chair all day and don't pay them the slightest attention. The nurse is arrogant and incompetent at her job. I can't say anything good about this nursing home, sorry.

Person with reduced mobility, with hardly any attention, hours in the same diaper. Rudeness by nursing and auxiliary staff. You talk to management and they reproach you, instead of learning and looking for where the error is. I do not advise putting a dependent person there. Small room and it is not as big as they detail, you enter inside and it is narrow and very long, with stairs and nooks.

My grandmother stayed at this care home and the care was excellent. Nuria and Cristina were very attentive to her and to us, her family. Thank you for everything.
