La Residencia Nuestra Señora del Carmen destaca por la excepcional dedicación y amabilidad del personal, especialmente de las hermanas, quienes brindan una atención considerada y de calidad que ha generado gran satisfacción en las familias de los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación sobre la insuficiencia de personal en algunas ocasiones y la rotación frecuente de asistentes, lo que podría afectar la continuidad del cuidado de los mayores.

What I liked most was the work the assistants did... but I will never tolerate the fact that on days when I visited my relative, there was only one assistant and that their staff changed every few weeks. In the end, the elderly end up paying for all the changes.
