My mother stayed at this residence for the first time, and my experience couldn't be more positive. The facilities are modern, spacious, accessible, and very bright, making for a pleasant stay. The young and qualified staff, in addition to their professional duties, bring a welcome touch of joy and confidence. In my case, my mother was well cared for and kept motivated, naturally with the appropriate adjustment period. When certain stages of life arrive, decisions must be made regarding our elderly loved ones, and the Lazarillo de Tormes residence is an excellent choice.

The facilities are fine, however, the center's professionals are NOT qualified to care for residents with senile dementia. Furthermore, the management is NOT capable of handling the difficulties that may arise with residents. Poor overall management and lack of professional skills. In short, zero professionalism!!! What good are good facilities without trained professionals?

The care homes are not equipped to care for people with special needs. There are very few staff members, and their professionalism is nonexistent—and I say this with expert knowledge. The residents' well-being is completely disregarded. It's heartbreaking to see how they work. The experience is terrible at every level. The management is abysmal. They simply don't care about the residents. They lack the necessary training for Alzheimer's patients. They treat them like objects.
