A warm, family atmosphere; all the staff were incredibly attentive and dedicated. The accommodations, food, personal hygiene, and cleanliness were all excellent. More than just a residence, "Las Candelas" is a true home for seniors. You cared for my 107-year-old grandmother, Pilar, until the very end, as if you were her daughters or granddaughters. Thank you for the loving care and kind gestures from the entire team. As for the facilities, they are accessible from the entrance, with a ramp and wide glass doors. The space is comfortable, warm, and smells wonderfully clean. The food is homemade, and there are plenty of staff: 24 people. We couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you for being part of our family these past two years.

Five stars and more if there were, my mother has been here for a year and a half and she is happy, I am delighted. The director is always there, all of them, I mean all of them, are very affectionate with her and in terms of food, cleaning, treatment...etc. They are wonderful. Thank you so much.
