Our experience with this nursing home has been very disappointing. We submitted a complaint form for an incident we considered serious involving my grandfather, and instead of addressing the situation appropriately, they opted to expel him. We took it to court, and the ruling stated that the person involved was not present because he was on vacation, something we were never told at the time. The lack of transparency and the way everything was handled left us very frustrated and feeling helpless. I would not recommend this nursing home to anyone.
