La Residencia El Acebo muestra una experiencia altamente contradictoria entre usuarios: mientras algunos familiares elogian calurosamente la atención profesional y el trato afectuoso del personal, especialmente de la dirección, otros reportan negligencia grave, falta de higiene básica, comunicación deficiente con familias e incluso situaciones que han requerido hospitalización. Esta disparidad significativa en las valoraciones sugiere problemas serios de consistencia en la calidad de atención que requieren revisión urgente.

I have my grandmother at the nursing home, and the care is incredible. It was a success in every way. The care was friendly and professional, both from the nursing staff and the director. For my part, I have nothing but gratitude for the nursing home.

I put my mother in that care home, and it went downhill fast in three days. The treatment was appalling; they don't even have individual bathrooms, they don't change their clothes, and they completely ignore what the residents' families tell the "assistants"... I absolutely do not recommend it if you care about your elderly relatives. Obviously, I took her out to find a place with real professionals. It's so sad that they profit from families like this. I hope they close this place soon because they don't deserve any more.

My grandmother was admitted and received very poor care, both toward her and us. We told them about certain things that were happening to her, and their solution was to write it down. I highly do not recommend this place for leaving your loved ones.

The patient care is appalling. No matter how hard you try to communicate with the nurse and the manager, the most they say is that they leave everything on record and you get no further answers. After days of insisting on a pathology and being ignored, she ended up hospitalized.
