A mediocre care home. To begin with, it doesn't even have a visiting room, and you have to wait in the entrance hall while all the staff gossip. When you're in the middle of a visit, they take the resident away without any courtesy and without letting you say goodbye... not to mention many other things; you only have to see the residents...
