My father was there years ago, the worst thing we could have done was take my father to that damn residence, we couldn't have regretted it more, it lasted five months, on top of that it was super expensive, little attention, now I don't know but years ago when my father was there some of the assistants, specifically a Romanian one, stank of alcohol, the rooms were super small, shared with other residents, those who were dependent like my father and other grandparents, they would undress them in the elevator before putting them in their rooms, we saw this with our own eyes, they shower them with the same sponge and then leave the sponges together one on top of the other, we told the director who was there at the time, but things remained the same, the food is given to everyone the same menu, even if they can't eat that menu as was the case with my father who had Alzheimer's and was diabetic, and so we let her know that my father couldn't eat the same menu as the others, and that they wouldn't give him desserts with sugar, when he died, the other grandparents who were there with my father They told us that my father was given the same food as everyone else. How awful! What a nursing home! It's shameful, considering how much they charge, they treat people like this, especially those with dementia and Alzheimer's.

We never imagined we would have to endure two difficult years of the pandemic. During this time, all the staff at Doña Jimena—the director, the caregivers, the doctors, the cook, and everyone else—loved and cared for Carmen Fernández, who, although she is my mother-in-law, is like a mother to me and my children. I only have words of gratitude for all the staff. The decision to move her was very carefully considered, and I'm still not sure if we made the right choice. I only hope that she will be cared for and loved as you have been. THANK YOU

My grandmother was there. Great care from all the caregivers. The management team was also excellent.

Small room but with everything you need. The best thing about it is the location and especially the view of the cathedral. It's fitting to wake up to that view.
