Opiniones

It's impossible to leave positive reviews if you've had a loved one living there; I can only understand them if the relative is independent. Please don't leave anyone in that care home; no one deserves to end their life like that.

I wish everyone would read this review before putting any of their family members in there. There are some workers who get away with it, but there aren't many; most are terrible professionals. And some are even worse people. They leave the elderly in a wheelchair all day, dirty, missing teeth, with a fever or having vomited. The lack of control is indescribable; they don't even know when to take their medication. They mobilize people in a rude manner, leaving them bedridden for up to 16 hours. And then, not to mention the ineptitude and lack of education of some of the workers, who think they're working with machines and not with vulnerable people. Belen stands out among them, and she is one of the most disreputable people you could ever meet. Our relative hadn't been hospitalized for four years, spent a week in that nursing home, and in addition to having experienced everything mentioned above, he left there by ambulance straight to the hospital. Imagine the rest.

It's a shame to find a place with little tact towards the elderly and receive answers like I have better things to do than put a resident to bed. It's a shame that your last days... you find yourself under the care of people like that. We will all depend on someone at some point. Belén in particular, I hope they look after you as you do.

They don't show their faces when family members arrive for visits, and that task falls to the assistants. The receptionist who acts as director isn't at her post, and the assistants even have to open the door for visitors. There's also no supervisor on duty to show their face.

I work there sporadically and I can assure you that both the assistants and the cooks are wonderful and offer very good treatment and care. I recommend it.
