Poor care at the beginning and terrible at the end. My relative entered with a walker nine weeks ago and left completely wheelchair-bound with first and second-degree ulcers, with hardly any sensation in their legs and no muscle tone at all. These are truly awful professionals. The fact that they say a diabetic can't eat bread leaves me speechless. Such ignorance! They barely provide any information about the resident, and what they do provide is contradictory. They must think they can deceive us, but it's obvious from the start. I don't know how this center is even open!

Hi! After four months of recovery from complicated surgery, and two stays in care homes... I have to tell you that at Kaia community living, I found what I was looking for: personalized attention, respect, affection, and friendship. Thank you guys, you're great!! The only thing I have to say is about the food. In both care homes, the food is catered. And all I'm saying is that the companies should think about who their meals are for, so they can improve their preparation. Thank you for everything, and keep up the important work... which not everyone can or wants to do!
