It doesn't deserve a single star. I called the residence just five minutes ago so they could give me their email address. I didn't understand the email they were giving me, and for no reason they hung up on me, leaving me the same as when I hadn't called. I called again, and they told me the number didn't exist. Once, after calling with another cell phone, I told them it was the person I had hung up on a few seconds ago, and they hung up on me again, saying they were busy. Please be polite. I find it shameful that a customer-facing person treats customers like this... shameful.

I have to say that my grandpa is super happy... I went to pick him up for a few days because I was on vacation and he almost didn't want to come back. I found him very happy, everything was super clean, and the woman was very attentive. I'm delighted that my father decided to move him to this residence. I recommend it 200%.

INDIGNACION¡¡¡ Por favor hay que tomar medidas, el trato es de lo peor que he visto en mi vida¡¡¡ no se me ocurriria meter a mis aitas en ésta residencia aunque me dejaran la plaza gratis¡¡¡¡ Si sirve para otras familias mi mensajes me doy por contenta, no queria tener el cargo de conciencia de no exponer que deberian mirar las instituciones pertinentes a ésta residencia.
