I'm giving one star because it couldn't be any less. If you love your family, please don't leave them here even for an afternoon. They are rude, with zero empathy, not affectionate, very unpleasant with the elderly (I hope they treat them like that soon, since they are not young). They think they know more than the doctors. If there's half an hour left before visiting hours are over, they won't let you in. They are very unpleasant with family members (they've suggested a thousand times that we shouldn't visit, that there's no need). They almost killed my relative, confining her to a bed, leaving her alone staring at a wall, because according to them, she couldn't sit in a chair. They wanted to put a feeding tube in her, and they told me several times to accept the fact that she was going to die soon. As soon as I left there, moved her to another residence, and within a minute she was in a wheelchair, eating normally, more than two years without going to the hospital, and always smiling. There were grandparents who secretly told you how mean they were to them. Please don't bring your family members.
