Residencia Ibaizabal recibe opiniones muy polarizadas: la mayoría de usuarios elogian el trato compasivo, la atención médica de calidad, el ambiente familiar y la comida casera, destacando que sus seres queridos se sintieron seguros y en paz. Sin embargo, una reseña muy crítica denuncia negligencia médica, falta de personal y comunicación deficiente, con la gravedad de que la situación de la residente se deterioró significativamente durante su estancia. My grandmother stayed at this residence, and I have nothing but words of gratitude. The compassionate care, the kindness of the staff, and the medical attention were excellent at all times. She was always well cared for, with respect, dignity, and so much love. They gave us peace of mind and confidence during a very difficult time for our family. Thank you for everything you did for her! Thank you

My mother has been in that care home for five years, and her stay has always felt like home. The care has been perfect, the place is very nice both inside and out, the food is prepared there and it's like home cooking, and if there's any problem with a resident, they call you right away to check on her. My mother considered the care home her own, and if she hadn't passed away, she would still be there, because I saw her happy and at peace.

It's a disgrace. I had to take my grandmother out after only nine days because they were killing her. There was only one staff member, and the treatment was appalling. She needed treatment, and they didn't do a thing. My poor grandmother walked in and had to leave nine days later in a wheelchair, straight to the hospital. They claim to offer personalized care, but all they offer is neglect. If you want what's best for your family, stay far away from here. I'm editing to respond to their attempt at manipulation because I'm fed up with their lies. Before entering the residence, they were incredibly kind and answered my calls... now, I've had over 15 missed calls that they haven't returned in a week... Now that I've made my complaints public, they suddenly respond... Shameful.

It's a very family-oriented place. We interact with the grandparents, we dance and sing. On special occasions, the neighborhood choir comes to sing for us, the grandparents sing along and have a wonderful time. The food is homemade. It's located in the heart of La Peña, where we have a lovely park for walks.
