My mother has been at the center for 8 months and so far we are very happy. The staff are very professional and caring, the doctor and nurse are efficient, and David, the manager, is dedicated. The facilities are adequate and spacious for the number of residents they have. And importantly, they have an on-site kitchen. I hope they continue to do this well.

I don't understand why these neglected centers aren't investigated more. Poor elderly people, left in the hands of heartless people. How sad to think that you and I could end up in one of these places, when we have the opportunity now to do something about it. Everything comes to pass, I hope it's not too late for our sake.
