Seems like a good place for a retirement home

We want to thank the entire team for the excellent care they gave our father. Thank you.

I would like to thank the entire nursing home staff, from the director, doctor, nurse, and assistants, for the kind treatment they have given my mother for four years and for the closeness and empathy I have received during the most difficult times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Excellent care home with a wonderful team. My father was a resident there, and they provided fantastic comprehensive support to both the family and the patient. I am very grateful to the entire team.

My father was there for six days, and we were very unhappy with the treatment he received. When he told them to call emergency services (112) because he wanted to go to the hospital, as he was having trouble breathing, they ignored him until he called us family members on his personal phone and we went to the hospital. They charged us for more days than he was actually there, but they only refunded us after we spoke to the director several times. I find it shameful how they profit from the elderly and how some people treat them as if they have no voice. The residence was recommended to me, mainly because of my father's medical issues, and it has been a huge disappointment.
