The care home changed owners about two years ago. The positive reviews written about the residence were from the previous owners. Since the new owners took over, everything has changed for the worse. The monthly fee has skyrocketed year after year, an outrageous amount considering the care and well-being of the residents, which is vastly different from what they had before. The facilities are poorly maintained, and damage is gradually becoming visible. There are too few staff members for the work they have to do, which is primarily caring for the elderly.

We are truly disappointed with the care home. It's the middle of winter, we've had freezing temperatures for the first few days of the year, and the residents are freezing. Despite complaints from family members, no action has been taken. It's a shame that even indoors, they have to wear two sweaters and use two blankets. They're warmer inside than outside. I understand that older people have lower body temperatures and are more sensitive to the cold, but what I don't understand is why they don't turn up the heat. It's unacceptable that the elderly are suffering from the cold. It's simply not right.

Since the change of ownership, the residence has gone downhill. The fees have gone up, and the care for our elderly residents is appalling (there's no heating in the rooms). I definitely wouldn't go back.
