Opiniones

Hello, I'm Maite, Javi's wife, and we've been residents since February. I wanted to say that our stay has been outstanding. The treatment has been both friendly and professional, making us feel right at home—what more could we ask for?—without compromising on medical care. Thank you all.

I would like to thank the supervisor and the entire team at the residence for the affection, treatment and patience they are showing my aunt; you have given her back her will to live. Thank you all very much.

My mother passed away years ago, and I have to say that this care home leaves much to be desired. The bathrooms on the ground floor are shamefully inaccessible. Be careful with the clothing they mark; if it's good, it disappears. Two pairs of my mother's trousers vanished. The psychologist only has them paint and little else. I should have said this much sooner, but since my mother was the one staying there, I kept quiet. I don't recommend it. Absolutely terrible. One star is just to give it something.

My mother passed away on November 13th thanks to the care of the doctor and all the medical and support staff. They neglected her completely. They told me she was doing very well. We transferred her to Cruces Hospital because I insisted, because they thought she was doing great... she arrived at Cruces with severe dehydration... and no matter what they did there, they couldn't save her. The doctor, honestly, doesn't care about anything... since they're old... let them die. I really think there are more people in the nursing home with similar cases. Be vigilant; they're your parents. Something should be done... they're dying... and everyone else gets away scot-free. It's shameful.
