I am a 59-year-old man and I stayed in this residence for two months with support from the Bizkaia Provincial Council due to a fibula fracture. Living alone and unable to manage a normal life on my own, I was referred to this residence through the social worker at Basurto Hospital. Regarding the two months I spent there, I can only express my praise in every way. I can assure you that the nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, physiotherapists, psychologists, and kitchen staff are all true professionals, and their compassionate care is exceptional. I witnessed firsthand how they treat people and their dedication to ensuring that all their work benefits patients and their families. Obviously, as in any profession or job, things don't always go as planned because nobody is perfect, and setbacks of any kind can arise. However, these professionals are prepared to handle any contingency that may occur. For me, it was the best place I could have been. I am very happy. Every aspect—comfort, care, food, hygiene, etc.—was wonderful. My sincere and eternal gratitude for those two incredibly therapeutic months. Greetings to all the members of this amazing team.

I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their elderly relatives here. My aunt was here for three months, and the treatment was shameful. They left her with a wet diaper all night, and when she asked for help, they took ages to attend to her. They even took away food that her family brought her several times, not to mention how they treat the other residents. The toilets were broken, leaking, and never repaired. You should be ashamed of yourselves, treating patients like this during their most vulnerable years. We finally took her out and put her in a much better care home.

I'm very happy with the care home where my father is. The care is excellent, which gives me great peace of mind. I also want to highlight the manager, who is very kind and attentive. I sincerely appreciate the care they provide.

My father spent almost two years at the Lezeaga residence, and I was delighted with it. The staff were wonderful. Sadly, he recently passed away, and I will always cherish the kindness and support shown by the staff. Thank you.
