A nursing home located near Bilbao's old town with a wonderfully warm and welcoming atmosphere. We've been with them for over a year now, and although caring for elderly people is a complex task, they always greet us with a smile and do everything they can for their residents. The staff's genuine warmth and kindness are the best part.

From the very first moment, we noticed the difference. The warm and friendly approach of the staff, their patience, their active listening, and above all, their commitment to each resident as a unique and valuable individual, gave us great peace of mind. It's not just about attending to physical needs, but about providing companionship, connecting with our elders, and making them feel valued. I can say that affection, respect, and above all, dignity were ever-present, and that's what matters most to me. The services and facilities were excellent, and the location made family visits easy. We visited my aunt this afternoon, who has been here for a year, and today they held a special event for the families. The atmosphere in this residence is not what I thought a residence would be like. There is such a close bond between family members, residents, and staff, that it seems more like a home where people with these needs live in a community than a residence. I thought this residence was very nice. I didn't know that in Bilbao we had places dedicated to our seniors with such closeness and care.

We were only able to stay at this residence for two months due to my aunt's already fragile health, as she was suffering from advanced Alzheimer's. We chose it because of all the services it offered for the price, and the friendly and trustworthy staff. It also boasts a huge courtyard with views of nature, despite being right in the heart of Bilbao. It was an absolutely fantastic decision. Their professionalism, their warmth, and their ability to understand her needs made me realize we couldn't have made a better choice.
