My grandmother was admitted to this nursing home for a few years. My assessment is extremely positive. From the doctor to the manager and all the staff. Very good care. I even went past my scheduled appointment time on one occasion and ended up being there right at dinner time. I have to say the food looked very good... I have nothing bad to say; on the contrary, I always recommend it to my friends. Thank you to all the staff, from Koldo the doctor, Charles the nurse, Alicia the psychologist, and the managers. And of course to the staff: Marian, Maricarmen, Betty...

Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone. My grandmother had been listless for days, and the doctors there said everything was fine. A few days later, my grandmother was admitted to the hospital and died within hours from a kidney infection. After spending a fortune, the care left much to be desired; they're more concerned with the profits than with our families. The food is almost all frozen, and if they don't like it, they don't offer anything else. They complained about my grandmother's temperament or that they couldn't get her to eat, and I thought that's what they were paid a good salary for—to care for her and look after her. It's well known that with elderly people, you have to be patient, and if they don't like it, there are plenty of more caring people eager to work there. Of course, you can't generalize; there were some very kind people too, but overall, we left with a very bad taste in our mouths and would never go back.
