I just want to thank the entire professional team working at the residence. The treatment is top-notch, and my family member is in the best hands. I also want to thank Isabel, the director of the center, who is a wonderful person and a true professional. She's always ready to help us and give us the best advice. I recommend it 100%.

I haven't personally visited this residence. Judging by the photos, it seems like a pleasant place, and I'm sure the staff is professional, as we all expect from any center of this type that cares for elderly, sick, people with reduced mobility, difficult personalities, etc. What I can say for sure, because I have seen the patient in question (she's a relative of some friends), is that she didn't have a good experience. Not all cases, and certainly not all people, are the same, and I believe that certain patients should receive more personalized attention. Families make a significant financial effort to have the peace of mind that their loved ones are being cared for, and the last thing they expect is to encounter problems and difficulties in resolving them. I hope you will consider this review as constructive criticism and take it into account when conducting a self-evaluation of this specific case to avoid repeating uncomfortable and painful situations for patients and their families. All the staff were very dedicated to my father's care. Whenever I had a suggestion, I approached the staff, who were incredibly helpful, very professional, and very empathetic. Thank you to the entire team for the care and professionalism you demonstrate; it was definitely a great choice.
