La Residencia Avellaneda presenta una clara polarización en las experiencias de sus usuarios: mientras que la mayoría de las reseñas elogian la calidad del personal, las instalaciones, los jardines y la atención personalizada recibida durante años, existe una preocupación significativa sobre prácticas financieras cuestionables con cláusulas abusivas en los contratos y un testimonio que denuncia un deterioro notable en la calidad de la atención y el número de personal en los últimos tiempos. Over time, the quality of care has declined, as has the number of staff, and consequently, the attention given to residents has deteriorated to the point of being extremely inadequate. Years ago, it was a good option, but currently, I wouldn't recommend taking any family member there.

I have no words to describe what the nursing home is like... My brother spent the last year of his life there and was very happy. All the staff are lovely, cheerful, efficient, and caring. At home, we only comment on how grateful we are for the way they treated him and us. An absolute 10!!

Highly recommended. My grandmother lived in this wonderful residence for 12 years. The staff and director provided exceptional care in a magnificent setting surrounded by nature and spacious gardens. The food was excellent, and the professional, person-centered attention included numerous activities to keep our residents entertained with great affection.

A spectacular residence; my father lived there for six years. It was the best choice I could have made. The staff are wonderful, the director is delightful, and the service, cleanliness, and food are all impeccable. They also have spacious gardens in a beautiful natural setting. Without a doubt, a very wise choice. Highly recommended.

Beware of this care home that uses a contract with residents, signed upon admission, which includes an abusive clause allowing them to keep the last month's payment. The amount they steal can reach €1200. A relative of mine passed away, and they took €700 based on the contract signed in an emergency situation. In this situation, your only options are to lose the money or take legal action.
