La Residencia Arbolantxa destaca por su ambiente cálido, familiar y personalizado, con un equipo de personal altamente dedicado y atento a las necesidades de los residentes, tanto físicas como emocionales. Las instalaciones, aunque no son las más modernas, están bien cuidadas y son cómodas, con habitaciones amplias que generan una sensación de hogar seguro. Nuestra experiencia con la Residencia Arbolantxa ha sido muy buena desde el primer momento. Es un centro pequeño y tranquilo, lo que hace que el trato sea mucho más cercano y personalizado. El personal es cuidadoso y profesional, siempre dispuesto a informar y a resolver cualquier duda que surge, a destacar su director, siempre atento. Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas y son cómodas, y se nota que se preocupan por el bienestar diario de los residentes, tanto a nivel físico como emocional. Como familia, da mucha tranquilidad ver que la persona que tienes allí está bien atendida y en un ambiente humano. En general, estamos satisfechos con la atención recibida y la recomendaríamos a quien busque una residencia familiar y con buen trato.

A warm and welcoming home for its residents. I've noticed that the staff knows the family members, and within a few weeks we've gotten to know the other residents and staff, creating a family atmosphere and a warm welcome that is certainly appreciated at this time. By the way, the room is very large.

Of the ones we've seen, what I liked most about this one is that the rooms are large and it feels like a little house, and they were nice. I think we'll take it in the summer when we're on vacation or when we can't take it anymore.

My aunt has been in the Arbolancha residence for almost six months after her fall. She's made friends and has been gradually recovering. The facilities aren't the most modern, but the warm and welcoming atmosphere more than makes up for it. Beverly, Orlando, Leire, and the other staff (I apologize for not remembering everyone) are all wonderful, as is Julio, the director, whom we've even spoken to on weekends when we needed to. Isabel and her entire family are very grateful to all of you. 100% recommended.
