I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. The treatment by the manager, Almudena (owner of the residence), was appalling. She showed absolutely no professionalism, was rude, used foul language, and of course, had zero empathy for the death of my relative. If this is how she treats families... Don't leave your elderly relatives here, seriously. It's grounds for a complaint.
