We are speechless when it comes to expressing our gratitude for all the attention and facilities provided to care for our family member after surgery. We know we changed their procedures, but all the staff still treated us with total kindness. I don't know if our family member will recover, but they are certainly making their stay very pleasant, and the family members even more so. A model of a nursing home. THANK YOU! As you might expect, when we first talked to my father about moving him to a care home, he wasn't too keen on the idea. The month after he moved into Gurena, when you asked him what he was going to do in the afternoon, he'd say, "I'll be at home." That's what it's all about: creating an environment where residents feel at home, and that's exactly what the Gurena staff achieves. From the first to the last, they are all aware of their responsibility: to provide the necessary well-being to the residents and treat them with professionalism, kindness, and affection. Now Dad is no longer with us, but he passed away happy, having been surrounded by a top-notch team, and we, his family, have had peace of mind, knowing that Dad was in good hands. We can only express our sincerest gratitude to the entire Gurena team. Thank you very much from Mariano.

Our assessment of all the professional staff at Gurena is very positive, as is our opinion of the facilities. During these almost two years that our mother, RSB, has been with you, we have felt like an extension of our family, partners in her care. Your welcome, your listening ear, your attention, and your dedication (to our mother and to us) have made this time at Gurena easier, warmer, and more humane. And the last days of her life have been a balm for us all, feeling supported by your kindness and in the context of facilities that are both small and welcoming.
