El Geriátrico Loreak destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, personal amable y ambiente acogedor que genera confianza en los familiares de los residentes. Su tamaño reducido favorece un ambiente hogareño y una calidad de cuidado notablemente superior, aunque es importante considerar que la zona de ubicación en Bilbao cuenta con estacionamiento de pago.

A nursing home with very friendly staff and excellent service. From what I've seen at other places, the residents here are very comfortable and well cared for. Note that the entire street and surrounding area is a paid parking zone (blue and green zones).

A very good center. Located in Bilbao, in the Basurto neighborhood. It offers great care and dedication to its residents. I am personally grateful and happy with how well my father is cared for.

Volunteering there is a unique experience. The elderly are very well cared for, and since it's not an overly large residence, it feels very homey. We'll definitely be back.
- El taller de Amatxu
If you have no other option but to leave your elderly relatives in someone else's care, this is the perfect place. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
