Sin embargo, hay denuncias graves sobre inconsistencias en la calidad del trato cuando no hay supervisión familiar y problemas de equidad en los precios, lo que sugiere que la experiencia puede variar significativamente dependiendo de la situación.

Hello!! My parents have been at this residence for a year. We are very happy with everything. The staff is very kind. They are very affectionate. And they are very attentive. The supervisors are lovely. The physical therapists are the best. Even the cleaning staff is very attentive. The food is very good. The care from the doctors and nurses is excellent. And the director, Isabel, is very attentive and caring. Thank you for everything.

My mom has been with me since October 16, 2024, and I can assure you that she adapted very well right away. My siblings and I never thought she would change like she has. She's happy, laughs a lot, and already participates in crafts and everything Alicia makes for them. They're all wonderful, and Luis, who is the only boy I've met so far, is wonderful, and I have many names. Thank you all for what you do, for your smiles and kindness, for the way you treat them, which is quite a few, and for your kindness with the family. When I go, which is not often since I live in Tenerife, I always leave delighted because in a year, you feel like family. Keep it up because you do very well. The way they treat the residents leaves much to be desired. When family members are present, they're all smiles, but as soon as you turn your back… My grandmother was treated like a dog in her last month of life (a complete lack of professionalism; consider what a 99-year-old is saying). I'm still waiting for the director, coordinator, or anyone to deign to call me to offer their condolences!

My grandmother pays €3,947 per month for her stay. She moved in in October 2021. There are other residents on the same floor and in the same type of room who pay €3,100. The manager explained that they had many guests in 2021, but demand has decreased, so they're offering an €800 monthly discount. Do you think that's fair? I'm waiting for a response from the company. We're very upset.

I consider my stay at Sarrikue a very positive experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the lounges and living areas were large. The menu was varied and of good quality. But the best part was the attentive and caring service from all the staff, from the nursing assistants, medical and nursing staff, the excellent physiotherapy team, the entertainment team, and the kitchen and maintenance staff, to the reception and administrative personnel. My sincere thanks to each and every one of them for the wonderful treatment they gave me and for making my stay so comfortable.
