Opiniones

It's a very welcoming home with a warm and family-like atmosphere. The team is fantastic: highly professional and, above all, incredibly kind. It's a place where attention to detail is paramount and where you can truly see that people matter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, warm, and family-oriented center for their loved ones.

They play loud music in the afternoons, violating copyright and disturbing the sleep of shift workers who have to sleep during the day. With little consideration for the neighborhood and a violation of the SGAE (Spanish Association of Workers' Associations), a complaint will be filed. In response to what you're saying, a phone call was made and you laughed... the bingo games you hold in the afternoons, where you often also play music, aren't held on holidays.

It's a residence where my mother has found a new family. A family with its virtues and its flaws… just like all families. Always striving to improve, respecting the individual needs of each resident. Happy New Year to all the staff at the center!

My experience was awful. Utter negligence. My mother was admitted after hip surgery to help her become more active, as she was independent before the operation. After agreeing to the €4,000 monthly fee, she was admitted to Basurto Hospital less than a month later with a urinary tract infection, which can happen to anyone her age, but not the necrosis of her feet and ankles. It was poorly treated and treated, and the wounds smelled terrible. Far from helping her become more active, they left her in conditions that her doctor at Basurto, who had treated her previously, clearly stated were beyond their control. They should have sought help at an outpatient level or referred her to the emergency room before reaching that point. They didn't change her position in bed, and her wounds weren't treated properly. To whomever is responsible... You must prevent this type of situation and monitor who treats our elderly and how they treat them, whether they charge €4,000 or provide free care. My mother is now in other care and is recovering quickly.

A wonderful experience. The close treatment, the kindness, and the experience are all things to be highlighted. Feeling like part of a big family and at home is the main foundation for adapting and feeling good at the center. The management of the center is perfect, and the staff are the best.
