My father was admitted to the nursing home yesterday. I want to thank the staff for their warm welcome and the effort they make to maintain the dignity of their clients. Bringing a family member into a nursing home is hard, and the compassion and kindness with which they welcomed us is incredibly helpful.

This care home is a disgrace, as is the way they treat their residents. A relative of mine stayed there for a while, and we had nothing but problems. There's absolutely no individualized or personalized care for the elderly; they only care about the money, treating them coldly and as if they were just pieces of furniture. It's just as bad as any public care home. The management leaves much to be desired. However, the caregivers are the only ones who care about the residents. I would certainly never recommend this care home.
