Esta disparidad extrema entre experiencias muy positivas y muy negativas sugiere inconsistencias significativas en la calidad de la atención o en la gestión de la residencia.

Terrible treatment of the elderly. My aunt was admitted to a private nursing home in quite good condition, and within a month she wasn't walking. Ten years ago, they charged me 26 euros to cut her nails, and when I said it was more expensive than my pedicure, they told me to take it somewhere else. The same thing with the hair salon: they charged for dyeing and waxing my mustache, even though I told them several times to consult me before doing anything, since my aunt had stage 3 Alzheimer's dependency. One day, they stopped calling me, and I found out from a foundation that my aunt had died. I'm still waiting for them to call to offer their condolences and ask me what they're doing with her clothes. Never take your loved ones to this nursing home.

I would never recommend such a place for elderly loved ones. I deeply regret that my mother was in that place. I won't go into details, but I'm warning you.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. What a disgrace! They mistreat the elderly residents, feed them poorly, and don't even give them showers. This place should be closed. The manager is entirely to blame for allowing this.

Hello. My father has been in this nursing home for almost four months. The treatment he receives from the healthcare staff is excellent at all levels, both in terms of his health care from the doctors, nurses, assistants, psychologists, etc. What I like most is that when you enter the home, you feel like part of a family, and I'm sure the residents feel that way. I want to thank all the staff again and again for the critical moments they've had and have to overcome caused by the pandemic we're experiencing. I realize it's not, nor has it been, an easy task, and the entire staff has handled it with the utmost professionalism, as I can attest. I also want to thank the management for generally making the most appropriate decisions in each circumstance, especially during the most delicate moments, with the human side of the people in mind. Once again, I want to thank everyone for taking care of our seniors.

I give it the highest rating because my grandmother is in this nursing home, and they take good care of her. There are many things they need to improve, for example, the attention paid to family members who call and worry about their loved ones, and they don't pay enough attention. Otherwise, everything is fine. They have good security controls for the grandparents, and perhaps there are things they can improve. Nothing is perfect in this life. I suppose they do what they can. ✌
