La Residència Sant Víctor presenta una experiencia muy desigual según los usuarios: mientras algunos elogian la dirección, las instalaciones modernas y el trato recibido, las críticas más severas señalan deficiencias graves en la atención médica (servicio limitado, errores en medicación), falta de personal cualificado especialmente en fines de semana, negligencia en la seguridad y reportes de incidentes, así como problemas en la calidad alimentaria y el cuidado de residentes con alta dependencia. Negative in general. Regarding patient care, very deficient. Medical service few hours a week. Unqualified nursing and many hours without this service. Very important mistakes are made in terms of medication, care and diagnosis. Incidents or problems with falls of residents are not reported, trying to hide it from the family. There is no staff at reception or anyone responsible for controlling entrances and exits. This means that on several occasions patients have recently escaped and families are not contacted. Also long waits on the telephone when trying to communicate with them. Regarding the geroculturist staff, disorganized and unmotivated. Few staff for daily tasks and especially weekends. They do not provide replacement staff for holidays or common illnesses. Regarding the kitchen, very low quality of the product. They do not give natural fruit, always jars and sometimes expired. Facilities: The roof and its access are not suitable for disabled people, often causing residents to fall. People with a high degree of dependency are in a room all day without doing any activity, spending the whole day in the same room including meals. Many weekends this room in particular has an unpleasant smell of urine. Regarding the cleaning of the common areas and rooms, it is good. Regarding the laundry, the person who runs it takes good care of the resident's personal clothing. I would never recommend this establishment.

Basically, their director treated us fantastically, resolving all our doubts with great professionalism. They offer a home pick-up option and both public and private spaces. The center is modern and has good access control, so the "grandparents" don't get lost.
