Sin embargo, existe una reseña muy negativa que contrasta significativamente con las demás, sugiriendo que la experiencia puede variar considerablemente dependiendo de factores individuales o períodos específicos en la residencia.

Based on my experience, a little over a year, I can't possibly recommend this residence. What a SHAME on the staff, please. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Far from me. P.S. Whoever answers me must be the worst.

My experience with the staff at the Raset Residence has been very positive. I would like to highlight the professionalism and empathy of Alejandra and the center's psychologist, Verónica, and the excellent care and attention provided by all the caregivers, with special mention of José, who operates the patient lifts, and the physiotherapist, José, who has helped improve my sister's mobility.

My mother passed away yesterday. We want to thank all the staff at the Raset residence for their dedication and care for my mother. We are so happy and grateful for how they cared for my mother, Nemesia. For their warm and supportive communication with her and with us, always addressing any questions or problems that arose with such kindness. After almost two years, they were like a big family to us.
