La Residència Merán presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras que algunos usuarios destacan la excelente calidad de atención personalizada, la empatía del equipo y el buen manejo de situaciones críticas como la pandemia, otros reportan experiencias muy negativas marcadas por falta de empatía del personal, desorganización en protocolos, condiciones deficientes en las instalaciones y trato inadecuado hacia las familias. Esta gran disparidad en las valoraciones sugiere inconsistencias importantes en la calidad y el trato ofrecido a residentes y visitantes.

During these difficult times, they have supported and assisted us in an exemplary manner, allowing us access to the rooms and facilities where they have cared for, are caring for, and will continue to care for our loved ones. The care provided to the elderly at this residence is excellent, very personal and attentive. It's clear that each person receives the individualized assistance they need, and families feel reassured and supported. Many thanks to the entire Meran team for your hard work.

A horrible nursing home. We opted for this one because it was close and because we thought it was fine, but it wasn't. With the COVID regulations, they weren't clear with each other; each one told you something different. It took 15 minutes to get the relative out, which wasted our visit time. The staff showed little empathy for the relatives. Comments were completely out of place and, on top of that, untrue. Anyway, I could write a long list of negative things, but it all leads to the same comment: DO NOT TAKE YOUR RELATIVES TO THIS RESIDENCE!

My father was hospitalized with Alzheimer's and received excellent care. During the coronavirus lockdown, they were very well organized and there were no infections. I can only express my gratitude for the care he received.

I just wanted to leave my comment so you're aware and aware of this care home. When you go there simply to see your loved one, they look at you, talk to you, and treat you like a stranger—little empathy, contempt, and arrogance. Not to mention the conditions inside, for example, the completely disastrous rooms, employees with their masks down, and then they pull them up when they see you. There are staff members who are not qualified to perform this important job and great responsibility to society, and they exist here. Never, ever take your elderly relatives there. MRW delivery driver? What are you talking about? I had a family member there, and we had to take them out for many reasons. I don't understand your response at all.
