I only have words of thanks and gratitude for the El Mirador de la Font den Fargues Residence and for all the people who work there. My brother is a resident there, and I can say that he couldn't be better cared for anywhere else. Thank you for everything you do for him, for the care and attention you give him, for the affection with which you treat him... My father has been at the El Mirador Fontanfargas Day Center since May, and we couldn't be happier. 💛 The humane and professional treatment is exceptional. From the director, Melania, to the nursing team, the social worker, Aida, and all the caregivers like Wendy, the love, attention, and commitment to each person is evident. My father arrived in a wheelchair and now he's walking! He's improved tremendously, both physically and in his vital functions. They monitor his medications, have adapted the menus to his medical needs, and are always checking in on him. We sincerely appreciate all the work and dedication. It was the best decision to trust this center. 🌿

They've changed owners. The El Mirador Group has moved in. Currently, there's no cook or weekend nurse. The staff is overwhelmed (overworked), the rooms are unmade all day, and the closets are in disarray. There isn't enough staff to meet the needs of our family members, who are deteriorating due to a lack of care, motivation, and the attention they deserve. Don't bring anyone. We await intervention from a competent agency.

My mother goes to the day center. I'm very satisfied with all the staff: caregivers, cook, driver, physiotherapist, podiatrist, office staff, etc. They do a lot of work, physical and mental exercises, which are incredibly stimulating. My mother is very happy, and I am even happier to see her like this. Congratulations because you are a great team.

I had my father stay at this nursing home six years ago. The views are nice, the food is good, but the treatment from certain nursing home staff is terrible. They always kept my father in isolation, barely paying attention to him. When I moved him to another nursing home, they put a lot of obstacles in my way. I don't know if they've changed the care staff much now, or even the management. The patients (most of them) are very sick people who, unfortunately, can't give their opinions. I certainly wouldn't recommend it back then. I hope and wish they've changed the entire staff now. The food is fantastic.
