La Residencia geriátrica Santa Rita presenta opiniones muy polarizadas entre sus usuarios. Mientras algunos familiares elogian calurosamente la atención, el trato familiar y la dedicación del personal, otros reportan problemas graves como negligencia médica, falta de higiene, mala calidad de la comida e, incluso, maltrato verbal hacia los residentes. Las experiencias extremadamente contradictorias sugieren inconsistencias importantes en la calidad de los cuidados y el comportamiento del personal, lo que requeriría una investigación más profunda para determinar la situación real de la residencia.

Excellent care for the elderly and a family atmosphere. My father has been very well cared for. The nurses are very kind and the administration is very helpful and attentive.

Terrible care. They let my father die due to neglect. After a week of fever, one Friday when I went to see him, he was shivering with a fever. I told the nursing home, and they didn't send him to the emergency room until Monday. He died five days later from pneumonia. The nurses spend all day smoking on the terrace... a disgrace.

Poor customer service from some staff. Lack of hygiene, and the times I've been there, it smells like garbage. The care for seniors has been poor, and the food doesn't even deserve a passing grade. While I was on a visit, a nurse yelled at patients and made several different patients cry (even though we were relatives of a patient right there watching the scene). At least based on my personal experience, I WOULD NOT TAKE ANY FAMILY MEMBERS TO THAT PLACE. I STRESS THAT EVERYONE HAS THEIR OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, AND I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SCENE DESCRIBED. I DON'T AIM TO HURT ANYONE. I'M JUST MAKING AN INFORMATIVE POST AND GIVING MY OPINION, SINCE I BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE SURELY WONDERFUL NURSES IN THIS RESIDENCE, TOO ARE :D INFORM YOURSELF BEFORE DRAWING CONCLUSIONS.

I LIKE THE STAFF'S SERVICE. EXCELLENT. MY FATHER AND I, HIS DAUGHTER, AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE WE RECEIVE.
