My grandmother has been in this residence for about a month and I honestly couldn't be happier with the treatment they provide. She is delighted, you can tell she is happy, and the entire team is super friendly. Thank you for taking such good care of our family.

They don't even deserve my time in detailing the abuses that take place in this residence. It was a temporary arrangement for 11 months, and it was the worst time my aunt could have ever experienced… everything bad you might read in other reviews multiplied by 1000.

My grandmother lived in this nursing home for about five years. She suffered from devastating Alzheimer's. She could have been better cared for; the nurse's supervision wasn't very good. The caregivers weren't very pleasant. They didn't have any physical therapy; they didn't walk or exercise in any way. Those who are reasonably well are glued to the TV. The receptionist is a nice woman and very attentive. The ocean is right in front of them, and I think it's very underutilized.

Words sometimes fall short of expressing what we want to say, especially when it comes to feelings. Our father had the misfortune of being diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years ago. Our mother's death worsened his condition. Our father was fortunate enough to be cared for during the last months of his life at the Bell Resguard Residence. Thanking everyone who works there, from management to the doctor, nurses, and assistants, doesn't fully capture the exceptional care, affection, dedication, and professionalism they demonstrated. We will never forget our father's final moments, nor the deep appreciation we have for this center and the people who work there. Francisco and Antonio Torralba.
