They spoke very well of it to me, when my relative had to go there I could see that when you had the initial meeting they sold you everything very well. The social assistant, the director, the doctor who comes from the head, leaving a lot to be desired. I don't think the communication system that the residence has with the relatives is adequate, you write something and if they don't look at it right away, other WhatsApp messages go through and sometimes they don't look at them. The reception staff, morning nurse and a doctor who goes to the hospital are excellent. Regarding the geroculturist staff, totally insufficient, there is generally acceptable, you understand that they do everything they can. My mother lives there in a supervised apartment. Very well equipped with common areas, gardens, lounges, terraces to sunbathe, storage rooms. In addition and thanks to the good coexistence between them, they do a multitude of activities among the neighbors and are very well looked after by Jordi, to whom we thank for the attention and help he gives them.
