Opiniones

What a horrible place!!!! I took my mother there and in 20 days they almost killed her!!! I don't know what the other wards are like, but ward number 2 leaves much to be desired. I handed her over in perfect condition and she developed a lung and gastrointestinal infection with lips more swollen than ever. She was dressed in clothes that weren't hers and had lost the ones I brought her. She was dirty, malnourished, and her groin area was raw from leaving her in dirty underwear for hours on end. Then you'd ask for explanations and nobody knew anything. I don't know where the interdisciplinary team got their qualifications—the caregivers, nurses, and doctors—because they were awful people with no empathy, and they were negligent and rude. I had to take her out voluntarily because if I had waited another week, I would have taken her out in a pine box. Scum... What a place! It makes me want to vomit. Don't take your loved ones there because they'll come out worse than when you brought them in. Never again!!!!!

I don't know how to describe this center. It's not a place to take our elderly. My father was admitted a week ago, and he has already passed away. In 7 days, they treated him, medicated him, and handled him in a horrific way. There are no good people on the second floor. I don't know what qualifications the nurses have, but I can assure you that they don't seem to know how to treat a patient. They kept him drugged all day. They fed him (not pureed) while he was completely asleep, and in the end, he died from a lung infection. Don't let anyone you love go to this center. They're like a clan, and on top of that, they look at you disrespectfully for protecting someone you care about. The aides did nothing for them; they kept them sitting down, and if they got into a bad position, they just left them like that. There was no empathy, affection, sympathy, kindness, heart... They should all be fired for being bad people. My father worked his whole life and paid his taxes, only for four useless people to arrive and make things worse than bad when he needs to be in a center like this. I hope karma exists.

Thanks to this place my mother has returned home with a fractured vertebra. Patients fall a lot. She also had to take psychiatric medication. My mother was aggressive again. Thanks to the doctor at the CAP, all the medication was in order. Don't bring your relatives.

Well, my mother is leaving earlier than expected, God willing, on August 3rd. She's doing better and misses home a lot. I'm grateful to the team who cared for my mother while she was here, especially those on the second floor. The nurses were so kind and compassionate. Thank you on behalf of my mother and myself. I have to say that today, when we were packing... I felt very sad. She felt loved by the staff at all times and even made friends. I shed a few tears. But I have wonderful memories of the whole team. Here are some photos to remember her by. If I need you again, I hope you'll be there for me. A million thanks.
