I'm so sorry to have to write a negative review, but I believe my mother and the other residents deserve it. My mother was in this care home for about three years. She initially moved in because she didn't want to be alone, and since August of last year, she began needing assistance due to cognitive decline and the use of a wheelchair. Sadly, she passed away last week. She was an active, positive person, and above all, very willing to help others. Everyone liked her a lot. She always complained about the food, but she wasn't the only one: everyone we spoke to said the same thing. The portions were small, the menus repetitive, unbalanced, and poorly cooked. In cases of food intolerances, the alternative was sometimes just a slice of ham. Even so, no one there dared to say anything. During her stay, items of clothing, diapers, and personal belongings that we had given her disappeared, to the point that we had to put a lock on her bedroom closet. When my mother began to require more medical attention, we realized the mismanagement in this area: samples were taken, contaminated, and not repeated unless we requested it; the blood pressure checks she needed were done whenever they felt like it, and when we asked for the records, they didn't have them. Beyond the medical issues, the human treatment left much to be desired, not from the aides, but from some professionals such as nurses, psychologists, and receptionists. From not greeting her when she returned from a hospital stay to responding rudely to both patients and family members. On the day of her death, we barely received any condolences, and those we did receive were the coldest imaginable. I will always remember my mother fondly, but I will also carry a bitter memory of what should have been peaceful and happy years.

My husband has been here for three months. I have to say that the reception from Miss Fabiola is a person with many principles. I think that when we ask for what we need. How well Alejandro was a great person. With him you felt accompanied (Carla we can't say with time I think. Maybe the experience will bring her to our side. Think that leaving with a person is not a pleasure, it's a necessity. We hope so. Help at the reception. Thank you.

I am writing to you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided at the nursing home where my mother has been for a year and a half. Throughout her stay, I have observed a series of problems, both medically and in basic aspects of hygiene and nutrition. First, the medical care has been inadequate, as the professional treating my mother was unable to assess the stroke she was suffering from. It was my sister who alerted the ambulance services to take her to the Clinic. This has generated concern and a notable deterioration in her health. Furthermore, hygiene is deficient; the lack of care in these areas is unacceptable. I mention one nursing assistant, but due to the lack of this care, my mother was hospitalized for eight days with pneumonia. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired. Not only is it limited in variety and unappetizing, but it sometimes fails to meet nutritional needs. Finally, the treatment of the staff has been, for the most part, unprofessional and distant. The attitude of some employees (especially those at reception) has been unprofessional and distant. It is essential that immediate measures be taken to improve the quality of care, both medically and in relation to hygiene, food, and personal treatment. I don't want to end without mentioning that, for us, Ms. Fabiola has undoubtedly proven to be a great professional and exceptionally empathetic. Without her, everything would surely have been much more difficult. Nothing else to add; I only hope that the appropriate measures are taken. Sílvia Pallejà.

My mother's passing has left a huge void. I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Centre Parc staff for welcoming her with such professionalism and care in her final days. Beyond the facilities, what we truly appreciated was the warmth with which they treated my mother. Their dedication and kindness made her feel comfortable and supported during such a difficult time.

Our relative has been in this place for almost two years, and we have a very positive assessment of their stay. I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the facilities and the residents' hygiene. Thank you all for caring for our elderly with such humanity, affection, and patience. Pilar's family
