Opiniones

Our mother spent the last long year of her life in the residence. We have no words to thank her for how she was treated and how she accompanied us. Remembering the aqua gym classes, domino games, laughter with the residents and caregivers, Sant Joan dinners, afternoons in the garden and the love they showed us is moving. The way they accompanied us during the farewell was to take their hats off. Thanks to Anna and the entire team for making the residence the last home for our mother! The five children and their granddaughters will be eternally grateful to you! A big hug!

A few months ago we said goodbye to my grandfather, who spent two years at the Magnolia Residency. We want to write this review to record the good treatment and care he received during all this time. The team of professionals who work there knew how to accompany him with respect and warmth throughout the evolution of his illness, and they also accompanied us as a family at all times, especially in the last days. We felt very well cared for and welcomed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

The companion who came to my house to take care of my wife was sent to me from Magnolia and the truth is that she couldn't have been better.

Lack of respect on the part of some caregivers toward the users. Due to the high cost of the center, they decide to move. Specifically, a few days before my relative left, and without management being present, a worker accused her of insults (falsely) until she cried. They force independent elderly people to urinate in a diaper at night so they don't get out of bed. As for the food, the dishes rarely match the established menus and their quality is poor, in addition to not being adapted to the special needs of some users. Excessive prices for hairdressing and chiropodistry are used to make a profit. I could go on, but it's too long.

I'm happy, but Alix Jamilei's absence would hurt the company.
