I had the opportunity a few weeks ago to visit the entire center, and my impressions were very positive. The facilities are very comprehensive, offering residents exercise, various leisure activities, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A very pleasant experience!

Terrible care home, poor management, lack of coordination, understaffing and constant staff turnover, irregular hours, awful food, and a complete lack of basic care. There was constant disrespect from the management, who, when faced with any complaint, first denied everything, then offered empty promises, and then never did anything, nothing changed—in fact, things only got worse. As a result, vulnerable people were neglected, suffering from poor hygiene and frequent loss of clothing. It was a nightmare for us when our relative was there. We hired a private caregiver to address some of the shortcomings, but they neglected her even more. The only thing that works well for them at the center is collecting payments on time and always inflating the figures in their favor, which also offered no solution when we complained. We finally found another care home where our relative's quality of life has improved considerably, and this mistreatment has finally ended! It's intolerable that they remain open, defrauding and neglecting vulnerable people!

They took great care of my grandfather, the food and atmosphere were good, the club was fantastic, the indoor pool was under construction but it's great that the elderly can do their rehabilitation there, the physiotherapy team was good, the maintenance was very attentive, we will be back next summer with my grandfather.

My mother spent five days at CASER Sant Cugat-Mirasol due to post-operative recovery, and I would like to leave a positive review of this residence. They are an excellent team of professionals and people. All the staff provide superb care, both professionally and personally, to all permanent residents and day hospital users.
